Copyright

All designs and illustrations are the copyright and property of Polka Dot Paper. Neither you, nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way without permission from Polka Dot Paper.

Quotes and deposits

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before commencing any design work. The balance must be paid in full before printing takes place.

Proofs and revisions

For personalised designs you can make up to 3 free revisions to your design (original proof plus 2 changes), after these revisions will be charged at £15 each.

For bespoke designs you can make up to 3 free revisions to your design (original proof plus 2 changes), after this revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of £35.

You are responsible for the proof reading of all text and copy in the pdf proofs supplied. Returns cannot be accepted due to typographical errors or customer detail input errors. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information, wording and layout as shown, and any errors. If mistakes are found after the final proof, and your items need to be reprinted, we will have to charge for any reprinting.

Damaged or faulty items

Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us by email within 5 days of receipt. . If your items are deemed faulty we will be happy to replace them.

Printing/colour variations

Printed colours will always differ very slightly to those seen on screen. If unsure about a colour printers proofs are also available on request.

Delivery

Personalised and bespoke items will be sent via next day delivery (within the UK) using a tracked and signed for service.  

Standard orders will be sent via Royal Mail unsigned.

Polka Dot Paper is not liable for late delivery on the part of the courier.

Polka Dot Paper is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. To find out more information about rules, regulations and rates, please contact your local customs office.
