All wedding stationery samples are shipped within 3 days of purchase via Royal Mail 1st class delivery.
All customised and bespoke wedding stationery orders are shipped via Royal Mail second class signed for delivery, which usually takes 3 – 5 working days. A tracking reference will be supplied to you once your order has been dispatched. You can upgrade to first class signed for delivery (£5 – £10 depending on the size of your order).
Polka Dot Paper is not liable for late delivery on the part of the courier.

All customised and bespoke items are shipped internationally using a tracked service. Please contact me for an international delivery quote.
Polka Dot Paper is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. To find out more information about rules, regulations and rates, please contact your local customs office.
REfunds and exchanges
Personalised/customised orders are not available for refund due to the personal nature of the goods. This applies to all items which are tailored to you specifically, including all invitations and personalised wedding stationery such as table numbers and other ‘on the day’ items.
We will happily exchange faulty or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us (either by email or in writing) within 7 days of receiving item. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
