What is the time frame for ordering my stationery?

The process from order to delivery usually takes 3 to 5 weeks. If you need a faster turnaround, we will do our best to meet your needs.

What is the process for ordering my stationery?

On first contact we’ll talk through your ideas, time frame and budget. We’ll then send you an estimate, after which a 50% deposit is required prior to any design work being undertaken.

Once you place your order, we will send you digital proofs of your stationery for review. We provide up to 3 rounds of changes so your designs can be amended according to your feedback.

Once you have approved the final proofs, we will print and deliver your stationery.

How much will my stationery cost?

Invitations are priced according to the complexity of your design and the quantity ordered. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we can give you a quote.

Can I choose the colours and wording used in my stationery?

Of course! All designs can be tailored to suit your wedding style or theme, including colours and wording.

Can guests’ names be printed onto my stationery?

Yes, we can print guests’ names onto your invitations and/or envelopes at an extra cost.

How many invitations should I order?

Invitations are usually ordered based on the number of families, couples and singles that you’re inviting. We recommend ordering an extra 10 – 15 invitations to cater for inevitable guest list changes.

When should I send the invitations to our guests?

Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding. Invitations are usually sent out 2 to 3 months before, allotting more time for a destination wedding.

Can you design ‘On the Day’ stationery?

Absolutely. We design Table Plans, Menus, Placecards and any other paper items you may need for you special day. You don’t need to order these items at the same time as your invitations, these can be ordered closer to your wedding date once you’ve confirmed your guest list and other details.

What size will my stationery be?

Our wedding invitations are typically 5 x 7 inch, our RSVP and Gift cards are 5 x 3.5 inch and our Save the Date and Thank You cards are A6.

How much does delivery cost?

For both UK and international customers, the delivery charge will depend on the order size and will be included in your estimate.

Can you design stationery for any event? 

Yes. We can work with you to design invitations and stationery for any event, including engagements, hen parties, kitchen teas, birthdays and baby showers. Please get in touch, we would love to discuss your requirements with you.
