What is the time frame for ordering my stationery?
The process from order to delivery for our house collection usually takes around 4 weeks. This will depend on how quickly you supply the wording and how many amendments are necessary. If you need a faster turnaround, please get in touch and I will do my best to meet your needs!

What is the process for ordering my stationery?
Once you have placed your order, I will email you to ask for your wording and to discuss any font or colour changes you would like.
I will then email you a digital proof of your wedding stationery (within 3 days of you providing your wording). At this point, you can approve the design or ask for any amendments you would like. Once you have confirmed that your design is perfect and there are no errors, your wedding stationery will be printed and delivered.
Can I change the colours and wording?
Absolutely. All colours and wording can be changed (at no extra charge). You can change the colours of fonts, paper and envelopes. Please note that the colours of flowers in some designs cannot be changed.
What type of card can I print on?
We usually print on lovely textured card (350gsm) which is available in both bright white and off-white. We can also print on a range of other paper types including cream, recycled craft, silk and uncoated. Your stationery can also be printed on double or triple-thickness card.
What envelope colours are available?
We stock a variety of envelopes including white, pale grey, jet black, dusty pink, pale blue, lemon and recycled kraft. Our envelopes range between 120 – 135gsm and prices vary depending your selection. We can also source other envelope colours upon request.
Can I add metallic foil to any design?
Definitely! You can add digital foil or hot foil to any of our designs. Foil is available in gold, rose gold or silver. Digital foil is printed on smooth 400gsm card and finished with a velvet laminate. Hot foil can be printed on a range of cardstock, including colourplan paper.
Can you print guests’ names on invitations and envelopes?
Yes, for a small fee, we can print guests’ names on invitations and supply printed address labels for both invitation and RSVP envelopes.
Can you supply matching belly bands and envelope liners?
Of course. We offer a range of patterned envelope liners and belly bands to match our invitations.
Can you create matching on-the-day stationery?
Yes, all of our house designs are available for on-the-day stationery, including place cards, table plans, table numbers, menu cards, orders of service and thank you cards.
How do I order from the house collection?
The house collection can be purchased either directly through the website, or I can create a personalised invoice based on your specific requirements.
Do you offer a bespoke design service?

How many invitations should I order?
Invitations are usually ordered based on the number of families, couples and singles that you’re inviting. We recommend ordering an extra 10 – 15 invitations to cater for inevitable guest list changes.
When should I send the invitations to our guests?
Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding. Invitations are usually sent out 2 to 3 months before, allotting more time for a destination wedding.
What size will my stationery be?
Our wedding invitations are typically 5 x 7 inch. RSVP cards, information cards, Save the Dates and thank you cards are A6 size. Please get in touch if you would like a different size.
How much does delivery cost?
For both UK and international customers, the delivery charge will depend on the order size and will be included in your estimate.
Can you design stationery for any event?
Yes. We can work with you to design invitations and stationery for any event, including engagements, hen parties, birthdays, christenings and baby showers. Please contact me for a quote.
